📋Free & Fast Shipping

We currently offer Free Shipping for all the products. We offer Ground Products 5-7 business days shipping and Large Freight for 7-10 Products business days shipping. Shipments will be delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Tracking numbers will display travel history and delivery details till 60 days after delivery for your convenience.

* Free Shipping is not a guaranteed service.

* Delivery to U.S. only. Excludes weekends and holidays. In-stock items only. Dangerous goods cannot ship via 2-Day or Overnight (this includes most fragrances).

* Orders placed after 5pm ET will be processed the following business day.

* Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed on the following Monday, holidays excluded. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing in addition to time in transit.

📜 Refused Packages

A Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments subject to the fee charged by the carrier. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

📜 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

📜 Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 5-7 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are NOT available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Oakestry is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

📜 Overnight and 2-day Shipping

For quicker delivery, guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are NOT available.

📜 United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from Oakestry is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route.
